Bule Beach Island is a total gem! The ocean around the island is unbelievably beautiful and super blue – like a postcard come to life. The crew that set up our tents were awesome; they were really helpful and nice. Our campsite was spotless, thanks to their hard work in keeping everything clean and tidy.
The best part? Watching the sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The sky painted in warm hues as the sun dipped below the horizon was a magical sight. And in the morning, catching the sunrise was equally stunning – a perfect start to the day. But the nighttime stole the show; the stars glittered in the sky, making it a fantastic spot for some stargazing.
Overall, Bule Beach Island gave us an incredible experience. The vibrant blue ocean, friendly crew, and the mesmerizing views of sunrise, sunset, and stars made it a trip to remember. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with nature's own light show, this is the place to be.
This is amazing place i never seen before. Its beautiful memories give us. I recommended everyone go there evening time. But these days actually not to go there for swim or bathing. This place had not same one. There are to many friend. They have tail. I mean "Dog". They are very friendly and familiar. Till the End of our journey , a dog stayed with us. . After come back entrance side, we feed them from "Choon-pan". . Its very amazing day.
Blue Beach Island is an island connected to the mainland by a small sandbar in Dickwella town. This is an ideal spot for beach camping and as it is a private island, a permit is required.
In some seasons the sea is very rough and if you intend to swim, consult the people around you and choose a suitable place for swimming.
You can get firewood and other materials you need for camping in town or from shops along the way. Never cut trees inside the island.Water and other sanitation facilities can be provided from the island custodian's house.
This area is a fishing village so you may get hassled by drug and drug users.. be careful about that.. but most of the people are peaceful and friendly.
Please don't pollute the land.. Bring back whatever you carry.
If you are planning to go to the night campaign, I highly recommend this amazing place. Planning your pre-shoot Location Don't think. this is the perfect place for your day.
The secluded island in Nilwella, Matara, offers a pristine escape amidst the azure sea. Accessible via a sandy avenue, it occasionally succumbs to high tides. This hidden gem invites adventure seekers for camping and snorkeling, providing respite from the daily grind and a chance to revel in the unseen natural wonders.
Best secure place for some beach side camping. There are many camping spots available inside the island. This is a privately owned island. The owner requested us no to leave the camp site between 7 pm and 5 am as it might disturb the other campers. We can book camps and bonfire logs from them before going. The whole island is clean. There are safe locations for bathing and snorkelling in the sea around the island. Some part of the sea is with sea urchins. So it is not advisable to go into the sea in unknown locations.
A glamorous beach in the souther coast and sea waves are connecting each other. Good place for sea bathing and we can walk through the island. It is very gorgeous and rocks around the island and the view of the sea is elegant. We can see Ikiriya sea animal at one side of the island who is very harmful.
Such a nicd place to visit. A small distance from dickwella. The route is kinda hard but not so damaged. Parking is moderately safe for bikers.
